Commercial insurance needs to change. Insify was born out of our frustration with how traditional insurers operate. Whereas fintechs have permanently reshaped the finance industry, tech has not yet disrupted insurance. We are well underway to reshape the “dull” and “tedious” image of insurance to engaging, easy, and reliable (yes, really!)

We are a tech company at heart, building our own data-driven insurance platform. We extensively rely on data (API integrations, automated workflows, rule engines, natural language processing, machine learning) to figure out how to best get (and keep) our customer’s companies insured. Combine that with our fully online portal, real attention to UX, and leading underwriting, then getting your business insured may just become a fun experience.

What you'll be doing

As a senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be joining our People team to primarily focus on Technology recruitments, directly reporting to the VP of People.

You build applicant sources, nurture talents, develop and execute recruiting plans to hire the best people across the European market.

  • You consult with hiring leaders to influence hiring needs and set a strategic direction; you ensure expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against fair and consistent criteria ;
  • You lead the creation and implementation of strategic recruiting and interviewing plans for each open position. You evaluate and discuss progress with your hiring leaders using clear metrics, and you adapt quickly with adjusted strategies to improve speed of execution without compromising on quality ;
  • You ensure that candidate experience is exceptional throughout the hiring process, with timely and meaningful communication ;
  • You build networks to find and nurture relationships with passive talents. This can include hosting and/or sponsoring events, building our social media presence - you are supported by a talented Marketing team to create awareness and develop our brand ;
  • You constantly research and test new sourcing tools and methods to attract active and passive talents ;
  • You model great teamwork and collaboration. This role has potential to manage a team of sourcers and/or Talent Acquisition Coordinators in the future!

  • You strive in high-energy, fast paced, rapidly changing environments 
  • You have excellent business acumen
  • You have exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes and programs simultaneously, while working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • You have in-depth knowledge of data mining and internet searching, and you know how to source creatively to find those expectational, niche talents
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of Corporate experience in Technology recruitment 
  • We are switching ATS, experience with Greenhouse is a plus!
